Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 10 business days.

Shipments and deliveries don’t occur during weekends or holidays.

After a snapshot date, there will be a sudden high volume of order forms. In order to keep expectations, we ask for patience as we process and head to print production and delivery. We will send important updates and changes via Twitter.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping within Spain Mainland – 10 – 14 days

International Shipping – Approximately 10-14 days.

Shipping is included for those that successfully claim their prints.

*It is possible that delivery delays may occur due to many factors that are out of our control such as high volume periods such as near Christmas, delivery service strikes, public holidays, etc.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Our Carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes – so please enter an address where there is someone to physically accept the package.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as your print is being sent, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

National Identity Card, Foreigner Identity Card, or passport numbers must be indicated (Tax ID), is optional but beneficial information when going through customs.

If you are receiving the print on behalf of a company then a VAT number is also required.

If you are within the EU you won’t need to fill in these details.

Jonathan (Jonny) Lawrence is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Jonathan (Jonny) Lawrence is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us through contact+support@jonnylawrence.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Send photo evidence of the damage upon arrival so that we can claim money back on the delivery and get money back on the package content.

International Shipping Policy

We try to ship to every country. If for any reason our carriers can’t ship then we will let you know.

Returns Policy

We don’t offer returns on the NFTs that you purchase.

We can offer a replacement of a print that got damaged if there is proof and/or if you return it to us so we can make sure that the print is out of circulation. To find out where to send the return please email us contact+support@jonnylawrence.com

You won’t receive a refund as the print is considered a gift from owning the NFT. You will be sent another print if your claim is approved. Delivery times and processing time can be around 15 days.
